About Solshine Wellness

Solshine Wellness was founded by Lauren Searles in 2021 and has since served and positively impacted the health and wellness of thousands of individuals. My mission is to increase access to holistic healing modalities, thus reducing stress and renewing harmony in individuals and communities.

I specialize in curating group wellness experiences for conferences, events, bachelorette parties, birthdays, and employee/corporate wellness. Elevated on-site wellness experiences include Sound Healing, Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Crystal Readings, Sacred Space Cleansing/Blessing, and Sacred Ceremonies.

Clients of Solshine Wellness experience a heightened sense of clarity, calmness, and connection.

I also lead wellness retreats around the world and offer various educational trainings. I offer my signature Sound Practitioner Certification Training both online and in-person, inspiring others to safely and effectively work with sound as a healing tool.

About Lauren

I am a certified Yoga Instructor, Sound Healer, Usui Reiki Master, Retreat Leader, and Sacred Ceremony Facilitator with a passion for inspiring health, wellness, and connection. I earned a Public Health degree from Syracuse University and have served in the Public Health sector for more than 15 years.

I value accessibility of holistic health and wellness, having spent many years serving those with limited access to basic health resources. I served in the Community Health sector of the Peace Corps in the Andes Mountains of Perú and continue volunteer work in my community. I am bilingual and offer my services in Spanish as well!
