Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a form of energy work and is an alternative healing therapy originating from Japan. "Rei" means universal, and "ki" means vital life force energy. A Reiki practitioner is trained in balancing energy, removing blockages, removing attachments, and upgrading energetic frequencies: resulting in a positive shift in their client's physical, emotional, and mental states. Lauren opens herself as a channel for universal energy to flow, and receives intuitive messaging which she relays to clients after each session. Reiki sessions with Solshine Wellness are personalized to maximize healing and incorporate a variety of alternative healing techniques such as essential oils, high-vibrational crystals, and sound therapy.
Sacred Space Cleansing/Blessing
Receive an on-site space/energetic cleansing + high-frequency blessing to renew and refresh the energy of a space. Ideal for moving into a new space, beginning a new chapter, or when the energy of a space simply feels "off." You will receive a kit to maintain the high vibrational energy of the space afterward.
